Biography :

Hi, I’m Brandi Trancynger, REALTOR®, licensed in both Florida and Alabama and proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout the Florida Panhandle and South Alabama.

I specialize in homes, land, acreage, farms, rural properties, waterfront properties, investment properties, and coastal real estate. From country roads and wide-open acreage to waterfront homes and Florida’s Gulf Coast, I love helping people find a property that fits not only their needs, but the lifestyle they’re looking for.

In Florida, I serve Jackson County and surrounding Northwest Florida communities, including Marianna, Graceville, Malone, Cottondale, Campbellton, Grand Ridge, Compass Lake, and beyond. In Alabama, I work throughout Dothan and Southeast Alabama, including Headland, Ozark, Cottonwood, Slocomb, and surrounding communities. I also continue to grow my presence along Florida’s Gulf Coast.

I work with first-time homebuyers, sellers, relocation clients, investors, land buyers and sellers, and clients using VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional financing. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime family property, searching for a few acres to build on, looking for a farm or recreational property, investing in real estate, or dreaming about living closer to the coast, I’m here to help you through the entire process.

To me, being a REALTOR® is about much more than opening doors or putting a sign in a yard.
